You use a [item=Billboard (10k)], which can be bought for 100 CSC at the CS, or in shops for around 2.5mil, it seems.

You can also use a [item=Billboard (50k)] or a [item=billboard (100k)], but those cost more, and last longer.c8

how do you get cash for the cash shop? cause 2.5 mil is a bloody hell of a lot of sP for me.

You can buy a 100 credit gift card from the shop search for around 1.7mil, or you could pay 1$ USD.xD
