They just kind of float around. If you see on a page you're looking at, just click on it.

Is it on the part where you see when your first on a page, or can they be all through a page?

I did the same as ImWithStupid.

However, they usually just appear like the Rreign Plushies and Figurines, around a page you are viewing.
