The virus spreads by hours. 12-18 hours for the next stage.. I'm pretty sure...

1.There will be a cure yes. As for what we're still not sure its not been disclosed yet

2.It takes anywhere from 14-18+ hours I think it is to show progression in the next step

Nope there is no way of getting any of the old 4 virus'.
