I want a glacier lain but I can't find a potion for it, does it exist?

It's called a Glacier Potion, and yes. You can either make it (go to the Polar Ice Fields, get a bucket of water by navigating through it, then purchase an Artificial Prism Chalice and merge them) Or you can find one in trades/user shops :3
