There are gonna be more stages, yeah. Probably either 7 or 8. However many there were last year, which I can't remember at the moment.

It was 8. You see how your belly looks bigger? That's because there's a gem in your belly. That's the next stage for your disease.

Oh, I know about the next stage of mine. Big bulbous red thing bursting out. Just waiting for mine to progress to it. :)

But, yeah, there are probably going to be eight in the end.
