ok hi, umm I know after two years on subeta your supposed to get a loyalty box each year after...well yesterday was my 3 year anni....and my ticker says 2 years 4 weeks and 1 day ive been a member, the achievement isnt showing up, and I didnt get the box, do you think I should write a ticket?

It won't roll over till the exact day at the exact time you signed up. So it should be here in a day or two, when your counter says three years.

the weeks and days counter is a rough calculation from the days and is based on 30 day months, so it isn't accurate. The day and time counter, which you cannot see, is completely accurate.
