It can take an hour, or days. It depends on how many are submitted (Guessing right now, they are getting a lot) and how busy the staff members are with other things.

It depends. The banner has to be okay'd by a staff member first, so I think times differ. For mine it took a few hours, but you might have more luck with it than me.
