I would like to collect some but only found them in user shops. How else do you get them?

You get them when you buy an item out of the cash shop. It is random what you get though ( I think) I have gotten like a bajillion annabell ones

Yup, you get one for every item you buy from the cash shop, but it's completely random what you get.
