ok, i just made an account here, and everyone's talking about making art... how do i do that?

That's an extremely broad question, considering almost anything can be considered art. Are you referring to mediums, or how to draw the actual portrait?

to be honest I agree with Vin, but if you must. I spend much of my time staring at paper, then every now and then something that looks ok appears. If I feel the need it gets outlined and colored..... That be my art process, oh and yes lots of practice.

Oh, you mean like posting it around? Make an account at photobucket and upload things on it. The HTML code is the one you post on your pets profiles and such. I'm not sure if that's what you are talking about.
