I am blocking some users to prevent any more drama, though i do not know how to do this. I would appreciate the help asap :)

Personal --> Mail --> Block List

Personal-Mail-Blocklist and then there should be a box where you type in the UN so you can block them and they will receive a event so they can block you in return as well
