Hey, everybody. I'm kinda a newb. And I have NO idea what this masquerade thing is. Accept that you wear a mask. Help?

It's a ball with a heavy steampunk theme. Basically, you get trinkets from dancing with other users, much like the kissing from the last event. But you have to wear a mask in order to participate. Anything labeled 'Masquerade' will work, as will the Mardi Gras masks, and some others.

Ok, cool. When does it start? I wanna have time to make enough money to get my outfit XD

Y'know, I might have a mask from last year that I won't be needing anymore if you're interested.
