It's probably a over used question but are the restocks random or timed?

I ain't played for a while and want to get back in subeta and restocking is my thing...

They are random

The main shops are timed to an extent. They're not going to restock every five minutes on the minute or anything like that, but it's generally between 5-10 minutes.
