I'm sure you will have it soon. The subeta calendar (basically) runs on 30 days per month so give it a few more days then you should have your achievement. :)

It has to be the exact day you joined, which you can see in the userinfo section of your profile. The Subeta calendar is off by about 5 days because of it's 30 day months.

I actually had a similar question, today is the exact day I joined March 17th and on my profile, it tells me I've been a member for 1year 12months and 4days...

Maybe it turns over at midnight? :)
