How long does it take for an inactive/frozen UN to become available?

I have one in mind that I really really want and I want to know how long I'm gonna have to wait.

I wanna say an account has to be inactive for a year before the username is cleared.

A year of inactivity, and then you have to wait for Keith to clear the account. However, sometimes they're cleared before they reach 12 months.

Frozen accounts is 10 months Inactive is a year can be more depends on when Keith clears

But I've only changed once before!! :O And this one I'm waiting for is epicly epic, and a year's good. Gives me more than enough time to save for a ISS, mama's a broke bitch. lol

I wish you luck in eventually getting your wanted username. Play it safe, don't mention it to anyone who currently or may in the future play on subeta.. I've heard some stories about people stealing a wanted UN just to be spiteful :(
