How long does an account have to remain inactive before it is eligible for clearing?

One year :)

Does anyone know how long an account has to be inactive before the clearing notification shows up on the profile?

I think it's ten months, but I'm not exactly sure.

Just confirming that it's 10 months c: (I had my eye on a pet name and was checking daily around the 10 month mark, then decided to try for some other names first in a few months)
