can you still get that item from it if you have that many wearables in your wardrobe or did they delete that achievement?

I just got that achievement and the costume trunk a few days ago, so yeah, its still there.

Until it says retired you can get the achievement. Keep collecting wardrobe items. I am working on a few myself.
