can't buy from Menagerie

I have over 30 trinkets (yah, haven't danced as much), and I'm trying to buy something from the menagerie shop for 30 trinkets, and it won't let me. whhhyyyy??? Should I report this in the bugs forum?
[Center]well, it's been a slice. I'm outta here. I'm done here and I need to move on to other things. I've grown weary of forum bullies and just don't have the energy for them anymore. I am praying for my friends here, as well as the bullies... everyone needs prayer...

Did you turn the trinkets in? Or are they sitting in your inventory?
have you turned in the trinkets yet, sure it's the right type of trinkets? if you have and it's the right type then I'm all out of ideas about what and why xD
