I just found one in my inventory and I'm wondering..what does it do? Why is it worth so much if it's just a scratchcard? Is there an increased chance of winning or something?

If you've been playing the scratchcards you get one for an achievement. Like 50 scratched. And I got the jackpot from mine. I think almost all the tiles are bags of gold. But that was just me.

Up to you. But I got a Jackpot of around 1mill. Its personal choice really.

my jackpot was 1.8mil. You get an achievement for scratching the jackpot btw, which is why the card is so expensive since most of the people use theirs instead of selling it.

Because I like to gamble, I've scratched a few. I've lost before, and gotten nothing. My lowest jackpot was around 800k. I believe my highest was over 3mil. :)
