Please anyone can tell me the price they go for today. There is one in user shop at 23mil and the rest 30 mil. How much i should charge for mine?

I think 23 mil is fair, seeing to buy the csc to get it direct from cash shop would cost around 24 million sp.

Also this topic is really only for items that do NOT have a price in shops or trades.
