well, I really liked the clothes of the dance inviters, especially Georgina(??) what if they're in a costume trunk?

Staff's said before that NPC clothes will never become available to users. They might make imitations, like the Jules and Adriette hair style pages, but that's actually the only example I can think of that's even close.
