I have all the items but it's still greyed out?

And the items have been in the wardrobe for a long time now. o_o

Have you checked your inventory? I usually get wardrobe achievements there.

I'm sure you probably did this, but go back to your wardrobe and click on 'Change Clothes', then go to your inventory or any other page really?

That usually triggers the events for me.
