When will the Glade Sheeta be unlocked? And the Spectrum and Angelic Legeica? Please comment!

They don't get "unlocked" - The artists have to draw them before they get released.

All pet colors will eventually be released however, the artists have to draw them and when it is drawn ultimately depends on how busy the artist for a particular pet is.

With that said, since this is a suggestion that ultimately will be done eventually I'll go ahead and lock this topic.
