I'm looking for a shop that sells mostly clothes at good prices. I really hope to find one. Can you reccomend any? Also can you reccomend a good shop that specializes in potions and elixirs?

Hm, you could always try Laurie's Lair and Chaos Bleeds. Those are the ones I shop at most though I use them for questing so I'm not sure if they'd have all the items you are looking for.

Just use the shop search for potions/elixirs. It will always show you the cheapest one for sale and there aren't so many that searching them would be too big a task.
