How often does a Shinigami appears?.. Just curious. :)

BHH restocks randomly and rarely. You just need to keep an eye on it.

There's also a thread here that a lot of BHH regulars post on to keep track of what stocks, when it stocks, and how much it stocked for. It really helped me out when I first started restocking in the Hollow!
