I can't battle even though my pet is very happy and bloated.

it just gives the standered happy or food messege but i still can't fight

Does your pet have full health? Go to the healer in riverside to heal them up if not. Is it already stuck in a battle? Check the stats page in the Colosseum.

bloated = pet is full and not hungry
