When i try and play slots it tells me not to fresh (it doesn't want me to play) and everytime i try a vending machine i get an error message

Are you double clicking? Or if the site is lagging, are you clicking, waiting, then clicking again when nothing seems to happen? These are the times when I get those messages.

im not its not even letting me do it the first time im pretty sure im only clicking once

Check the mouse properties for your browser and try slowing down the double click speed, see if that helps at all.
