what gives ???? every time i go there to buy it says select from the boxes below , but there are no boxes :( can someone please tell me what can be gotten from there ?

You mean the Oracle token shop? It restocks every night at midnight but sells out fairly quickly.

what kind of items rs there & is there an achievement ????

As far as I can tell the items are pretty random. But you don't know what you're getting until after you've bought it. No achievements.

is it the same as the hustler ???

In a sense. You can choose from boxes that are different prices. You pay with wiz tokens and you get an item and some amount of sP from each box.

no unique items ???

Not that I have seen.
