It has "Use on _____" as an option. What does that mean? O.o

They seem to be stat boosters. The blue one raises strength, the pink one raises level, and the other one raises defense.

What do you mean? I think that when you "use" it, it acts as a stat booster. Unless there's another option for the stat booster to take effect?
