Would it be possible to have in place an option to mass stick stickers in someone's album instead of doing it one by one especially if someone has a lot of stickers they want in their album.

Probably not, that would make the achievement way too easy.

It's just like the suggestion to mass-add the beanbags/plushies/cards to your own collections. It's been rejected as making those too easy. The collections are supposed to be time-consuming and tedious. Makes them something you spent some effort on.
