So I've been wondering: how do people get fancy chibis and make them look nice on a computer? I have Paint Shop Pro but im clueless. :P Even how does her mini chibi is really cool, id like to learn how to do some.

Just by practice, maybe search up tutorials on google or deviantart to get you started.:)
