To ask your real life friend to sign up using your referral link even though you are almost 99% sure they wont play and they are just doing it to help you? And also i just refereed one of my friends but i didn't get a referal point? how long does it take before you get it?

The requirements are not public, but they are generally things that a legitimately active user will do. Your friend will have to play for you to receive referral credit for their signup.
