Quick question. After the monthly collections are released, Do they ever re release the items that you can get specially from the collection? :3

As far as I know, no. Donation Items don't get re-released.

You can use the lumineve gift to try though! :D (I just failed)

Both lumineve gifts and miniature vending machines give random donation and collection items.

And those are the only other ways to get the collections?

They can be vended as well.
