I think someone said a while ago it was possible, but... I looked around in the cash shop and saw no link or anything. So... am I just totally missing something, or can you just not do it? XD

On the Credits page of the Cash Shop, click PayByCash.com . There is an option to pay via phone, but it doesn't work for all amounts. $5 and $10 definately have this options, as for the others you have to look.
