Lavender Floral Summer Dress is not yet ready for the Avatar System :( Try again in a few days!

Is this normal for a new wearable? I just had the green one and I was able to wear it. I'm not complaining, I'm sort of new and don't know if this is a glitch or what.

For future reference, if you find a wearable that won't go into your wardrobe while the rest of the set (like this lavender dress), ping/comment/message me so I can fix it. :D I don't know about broken items until someone alerts me.
