While trying to create a Neela, I put in a few names and was told the name was already taken.. however, the cash shop still took the CSC.

I've submitted a ticket, but wanted to let you guys know this was an issue.

Same thing happened to me. :c I assumed it was because I was trying to use an inactive name rather than one not attached to any pet. Sorry it's happened to other people as well, though.

I also submitted a ticket for this, and I hope it is dealt with soon. I'd like it to be fixed, the error to be worked out, or for my CSC to be given back. ;n; I really want the new items as well as the pet itself. u_u

This was just fixed in the cash shop. If you had your CSC eaten, make a ticket and a UA will help you as soon as possible :)
