I have the exact same problem. Its bugging me so much since the darn thing came with photoshop elements. If you find a way to make it would please ping or smail me. I've seriously tried everything i could think of.

If installing the newest drivers doesn't help, have you disabled pen flicks? (I can't remember exactly what it's called) This feature sometimes causes the tablet to recognize a pen stroke as a click, causing delays.
