Verbs/nouns make good last names:

Pierce Scarlet Storm Sparks Twig

Really generic stuff like Smith, Anderson, etc. can also work well if you're doing something paranormal.

If you want something really creative, search Wikipedia for Russian names or Latin names of flowers...my pet Linneanum is named after a flower family, and they make really cool last names. Hope that helps.
