I love the name and color, however I am having trouble trying to think of a story/personality for her :( I have no idea where to even start. Do any of you guys have any ideas?

Well you could always look through your favorite books (or if you like Anime/Manga look through those) And see if ideas jump out at you. Don't have to copy exactly but maybe something could catch your attention?
