I know there was a board about the cash shop option for a Neela adoption eating CSC for users, and Keith responded it saying it was fixed.

However, when I type the name in for my pet I'm still getting the error message. None of my CSC is being taken away, I simply cannot make a pet with a name that is supposed to be available.

I've been trying since the Neela came out to adopt a pet with the name that is supposed to be available, and if you look the pet up it's an inactive account that says it can be used.

Does anyone have information on this?

I had the same problem- so I ended up creating the pet as a different species and buying the elixir instead. :O Perhaps that would work for you?

I had this problem. :c I was also one of those who had their CSC eaten, so I couldn't try again after. I hope this is fixed, because the name I want for my Neela should be available, though it is on an inactive account.

I haven't gotten my CSC back yet, so there is no way for me to test anything.

Guys if you haven't gotten your CSC back yet please be patient. Unfortunately since that is done through tickets, nothing can be done on the board. If you cannot create a Neela, please try the way above that raging posted. It costs the same and you still get the starter pack for the first elixir you use. I know that the same error happens when you try and create a bumbus where the name is on an inactive account. At least that workaround works for Neelas...there are no bumbus elixirs.

It's good to know that the elixir works to get the starter pack, but unfortunately the error ate almost all my CSC so I can't move forward until they're refunded. Thanks!
