SubetaHQ says the 'potion' is a Dream Gem...HUH? So how do I actually make my pet Galactic?

Go to Coda Caves at Atebus on 6th and 7th day of a month, dig gems and have your pet blessed by Iltallo. Dream Gem is the one always needed for blessing, other gems he asks are random.
