How long does it usually take for frozen usernames to become available?

I think its about 8 - 10 months or something like that.

It's roughly 10 months, sometimes longer to actually be cleared out because name clearing (pet or UN) is done manually. You can always make a ticket for a name or two to see how long it's been frozen.
