Do you report them? If not then what can you do to make sure they get their post in the right forum.

I ran into someone who did, and I let them know they put it in the wrong forum, but I wasn't sure if it warranted being reported.

You can ping the minimods of the forum they posted in and ask them to move the topic.

No need to report.

Notify the forums minimods :) You can either mail/comment them or ping them to the thread.

You can ping a mod there, but I don't really think it warrants being reported. :)
