Okay, so, i'm maintly on subeta to made sps, and buy art/graphic but for another site.. And now I have some CSC/sps, I was wondering.. If this even againsnt the rule?

yes, you may. c: you may want to ask the specific artist you want to commission, though, to make sure they're fine with their art being on another site.
