I want to turn one of my existing non-aeanoid pets into a steamwork aeanoid.

Would that pet have to already be an aeanoid for it to become steamwork or would it be automatically turned into an aeanoid once Isaac finishes building it?

If you're using a key + schematic, itll turn into an aeanoid, mines turned into a sheeta from a paralix, so the same should go for yours. c:

No, it doesn't work that way with the miracle potion. ): Key is currently cheaper anyway (even with the schematic).

I'm happy I don't have to buy another aeanoid seed. :)
