I wanna know how long it'll be until a certain account has been inactive long enough to be cleared. Their last post was in April 09, but I'd like to file a ticket to find when they last logged in. Since I'm freakishly paranoid about misfiling tickets, what should I put it under?

The categories aren't as important as people make them out to be. If you're uncertain, just stick it under an "Other" category.
