Were the billboards removed from the cash shop? I cant seem to find them anymore

Looks like! I can't either, but there is a super easy way to get one up. Just look at the billboard above, and click the text 'Create Ad' on the right. You can even do one for 25 CSC last I checked!

Now you can make a billboard by clicking on "Create Ad" down the right side of any billboard on a thread page instead!
