How do you get a gold account? Do you have to pay for that, in real money?

You can buy it with real money in the Cash Shop, or do a user shop search for a gold account medal. They come in varying time amounts, the 1 month one currently runs around 8.1 million sP. :)

You can buy it for real money ($5) or at a user shop with SP.
