Does anyone know when Spectrail will be up and running like normal? Or if their updating it to a newer version?

someone sent a score of 12 million so the staff disabled score sending until they can fix it.

It's going to be fixed when the programmers fix it.

I knew about that already, but that was some time ago. I'm just not sure if anyone else knew more to the story.

that's all there is to know. and like said, it'll happen when it happens.
