But what're the dates of the Cash Shop sales? I know there's one on Black Friday, but are there any before then?

There are no real dates for CS sales.

There has been one on Black Friday for the last few years and just this year there was one on the first day of summer. No word on whether or not this will be a annual thing.

I don't think any are ever actually guaranteed, though we do generally have on on Black Friday, as you mentioned. We also had one for solstice this year.
