That foreign languages aren't allowed in the forums?

I'm not arguing with it or anything, I really have no need for it, I'm just curious.

Nope, just so mods can keep an eye on everything. We don't have mods that can speak different languages, so they have to stay in English.

I believe it's so they can monitor the forums without confusion.
